About the Role

This role will support research, evaluation and professional development activities within the My Home Life England initiative, focusing on leadership, partnership working and innovation across the social care sector.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination and evaluation of leadership development programmes for social care professionals.
Assist with qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation activities.
Engage with stakeholders.
Develop surveys.
Analyze data.

Manage student placements.

Requirements

Hold a degree and preferably a postgraduate qualification in a health, social care or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience of research and/or evaluation activities.
Strong organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze information.
Ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Interest in improving outcomes within the social care sector.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
