About the Role

The Exams Manager will provide operational leadership for the delivery of centrally administered examinations, ensuring secure, fair, and efficient assessment processes. This role involves leading a team responsible for examination delivery across multiple campuses while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of central examination operations across the University, ensuring compliance with academic regulations and governance requirements.
Manage examination cycles, including scheduling, venue allocation, on-the-day management, and invigilation arrangements.
Provide leadership to the Exams team, oversee risk management and incident resolution, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver an excellent student experience.
Contribute to service enhancement, reporting, and operational performance monitoring.

Requirements
