About the Role

This role serves as a strategic HR Business Partner, driving business performance through effective people strategies. You will partner with senior leadership, leveraging data and HR expertise to optimize workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. This position balances strategic advisory with hands-on execution, leading key initiatives in talent management, organizational design, and workforce cost management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and senior leadership to understand priorities and translate them into people strategies.
  • Analyze personnel costs and employee data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to business performance and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align people strategies with business needs.
  • Lead Talent Strategy function, including programs, policies, and practices.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges in hiring, retaining, and developing talent.
  • Provide guidance on talent management and succession planning.
  • Manage headcount planning and governance.
  • Optimize workforce allocation based on business strategy.
  • Develop and manage personnel cost forecasts.
  • Partner on organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
  • Structure and develop teams to maximize performance and employee engagement.
  • Identify development and training opportunities.
  • Advise and coach leaders on managing people and organizational challenges.
  • Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, and HR matters.
  • Build organizational credibility through employee relations expertise.
  • Lead performance management processes, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee investigations and employee care initiatives.
  • Promote consistency, fairness, and alignment with company policies to improve morale and productivity.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Strong capabilities in employee relations, organizational development, or performance management.
  • Experience developing creative approaches to complex HR challenges.
  • Experience partnering with senior-level business leaders to drive growth and profitability.

Skills

  • Interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Financial acumen to analyze personnel costs, headcount data, and workforce metrics.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to labor costs.
  • Ability to evaluate organizations and identify HR solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes.
  • Ability to create an atmosphere where employees feel free to express concerns.
  • Active listening, empathy, and objectivity.

Experience Level

  • 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience

Education Level

  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, or Business Administration
