About the Role

Analyze and design credit risk and pricing strategies for Fintech clients, requiring extensive lending industry experience and a strong understanding of Credit Risk, Product, and Analytics. Experience with third-party channels and developing credit/pricing policies for them is a significant plus. Success relies on problem-solving, product sense, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, often interacting with C-level executives.
  • Analyze volume and funnel trends to optimize pricing and impact on Return on Equity (RoE).
  • Analyze credit performance and provide recommendations for credit policy optimization.
  • Respond to market dynamics in third-party channels and support senior management decision-making.
  • Manage specific origination channels, including credit policies, testing, and pricing optimization.
  • Collaborate with and align various internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate offshore teams for analytical support and execution, including project planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Credit Risk Strategy, consulting, solution design, and client management.
  • Relevant experience in the Banking or FinTech industry; experience in point-of-sale financing is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and Python.
  • Origination channel management experience.
  • Expertise in credit cards/lending (Acquisitions/Underwriting).
  • Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and story-building skills in a consulting context.
