About the Role
We are building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be one of the first foundational hires, responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform that will reach over 100 million users. This is a "zero-to-one" build powered by an AI-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the "ideal squad" workflow and product roadmap.
- Design and test core retention loops, including onboarding flows, achievement systems, and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.
- Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity.
- Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.
Requirements
- Consumer Expert: You have a portfolio full of shipped products or features used by millions of people.
- AI-Native: You are integrating AI into your design workflow to move faster and smarter.
- Scrappy & Scaled: You have "startup" experience to build from zero with a nimble team but "big tech" experience to know what happens when a product hits massive scale.
- Action-Oriented: You thrive in ambiguity and prefer building and shipping over long, process-heavy design cycles.
