About the Role

The Clinical Strategist will partner with customers throughout their journey, from initial discussions to post-go-live support. This role involves understanding customer needs, supporting sales and deployment teams, and contributing to product development with market and clinical insights. Key activities include solution design, partnership strategy, content creation, and leading discussions with senior customer leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Convey Thesis’s AI platform to the market, explaining its capabilities and clinical value.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with provider organizations, identifying priorities and shaping solutions.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships to foster trust and champion adoption.
  • Drive post-go-live success and expansion by orchestrating stakeholders, measuring outcomes, and upselling use cases.
  • Provide customer insights to product, engineering, and clinical teams for feature prioritization.
  • Own product scope for new partnerships, translating client needs into product configurations.
  • Identify and develop strategies for new markets.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) required.
  • 3+ years of post-training professional experience.
  • 2+ years in client-facing roles (consulting, customer success, implementation, or strategy).
  • Prior experience in early startups or high-growth healthtech business units.
  • Proven track record managing complex deployments and executive stakeholders in clinical environments.
  • Experience engaging clinical and executive stakeholders to shape product positioning.
  • Strong communication skills for building trust and presenting data-driven insights.
  • MD-level clinical credibility to enhance the company's medical expertise.
