About the Role
Noma Security is seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between complex AI security challenges and real-world enterprise implementations. This strategic, customer-facing, and hands-on role involves owning the technical design of enterprise deployments and shaping how the platform delivers value in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Own customer solution design, including leading technical discovery sessions and designing end-to-end solution architectures.
- Translate security and governance needs into scalable technical implementations.
- Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and R&D, supporting pre-sale processes and communicating field feedback.
- Ensure smooth handover from pre-sale to post-sale implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Drive AI security implementations by architecting integrations across AI systems, LLM applications, and runtime environments.
- Define best practices for secure AI adoption, governance workflows, and observability frameworks.
- Guide customers through architecture decisions, trade-offs, and scalability considerations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, security teams, and AI leaders.
- Support complex technical escalations and architectural challenges.
- Continuously stay ahead of trends in AI security, cloud architecture, and enterprise security frameworks.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical background in architecture or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (Application Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, or related fields).
- Strong understanding of modern cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and enterprise architectures.
- Experience designing or implementing complex technical solutions in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical depth into business value.
- Customer-facing experience (pre-sale, post-sale, or strategic technical advisory roles).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
