About the Role

The OnSite Manager ensures seamless site operations, profitable growth, and the successful implementation of the Manpower Service Delivery model. This role provides leadership and oversight to the service team, aiming to deliver a positive experience for clients and talent. The OnSite Manager acts as the primary point of contact for client communications and service excellence, driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees or directly manages data entry tasks to ensure accurate capture of client and talent performance data.
  • Monitors time entry, tracks attendance, and oversees payroll and invoicing processes.
  • Conducts quarterly contract compliance audits.
  • Ensures safety reports and feedback from talent and clients are documented.
  • Prepares and delivers client-specific reports, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Maintains regular communication with clients for transparency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Processes additional client orders and ensures appropriate talent assignment.
  • Conducts check-ins with talent to address concerns and offer support.
  • Reviews performance metrics and addresses safety concerns with talent.
  • Wraps up administrative duties, including finalizing safety reports and correcting discrepancies.
  • Reviews safety incidents or near-misses, documenting them and collaborating with the safety team.
  • Provides updates to clients regarding the day’s activities, including safety or performance highlights.
  • Reconciles all data and addresses concerns from clients or talent promptly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in staffing and/or sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Digital Literacy: desktop (MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, Workforce Management Systems) applications.
