About the Role
Flow is seeking a player-coach to lead customer deployments, drive adoption, and own renewals. This role involves defining the deployment methodology, designing the coverage model, and scaling the support function. The individual will manage a book of accounts, lead a team, and transition towards a leadership focus as the team grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments from start to finish.
- Drive customer adoption of the Flow platform.
- Personally own customer renewals.
- Define the deployment methodology, including phased rollouts and adoption measurement.
- Design the coverage model for different customer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).
- Own renewals end to end and build the renewal motion.
- Establish a tiered support system with clear escalation paths.
- Assess, develop, and grow the existing team.
- Hire and onboard new team members to reach a team size of 10+.
- Shape the structure of the forward-deployed team.
Requirements
- Experience managing a book of accounts.
- Proven ability to lead deployments and drive adoption.
- Experience in defining methodologies and playbooks.
- Skills in designing coverage models for various customer segments.
- Experience owning renewals and building renewal motions.
