About the Role

Dream Three is hiring a hands-on freelance Social Media Manager to craft compelling content for their projects and brands. This execution-focused individual contributor role requires creative judgment, strong craft, and dependable follow-through to manage content from concept through publication.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a reliable weekly cadence by setting clear priorities, crafting review-ready content, publishing posts on time, and organizing within a defined workflow.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear updates, realistic deadlines, and work that respects brand voice and approval boundaries.
  • Ensure content has clear hooks, accurate context, and purposeful pacing, using performance findings to inform future work.
  • Plan realistically, flag capacity constraints early, and align output with agreed capacity, material availability, and revision requirements.
  • Manage routine comments and messages during agreed coverage windows, follow established response guidelines, and escalate sensitive matters.
  • Translate approved brand direction into a practical calendar and source selections, original concepts, and editorial proposals.
  • Work with existing and newly captured material: select moments, edit short-form video, and prepare accurate captions, titles, covers, and platform-specific versions.
  • Plan and capture lightweight original or event content when included in the agreed scope, with location, resources, and delivery requirements confirmed in advance.
  • Prepare batch review packs, consolidate feedback, maintain approved versions, and distinguish quality control from permission to publish.
  • Schedule and publish authorized content; verify correct brand channels, formats, captions, links, tags, thumbnails, accessibility, metadata, and live results.
  • Manage routine engagement within agreed coverage and response guidance; escalate sensitive, commercial, or reputational issues.
  • Track relevant content and channel results; provide a concise monthly report outlining specific improvements to test.
  • Maintain source and project files and publishing records, and flag permission or security issues.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage the end-to-end workflow: develop concepts or select source material, produce, obtain approval, publish, engage, and learn.
  • Ability to create original social content as well as repurpose existing material, while managing a brand’s deadlines and concurrent deliverables.
  • Practical analytical judgment: turn performance evidence into specific production or publishing adjustments.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt accurately to distinct brand voices.
  • Professional discretion, organization, adaptability, and reliable follow-through.
  • Legally authorized to provide the agreed-upon services from your work location.
  • Submit résumé and three relevant examples through the designated application link, including work made from existing material and an original concept.
  • Identify editing, copy, capture, publishing, and performance responsibilities in application.
