About the Role
SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their most valuable asset: time.
Responsibilities
- Operate shuttle buses safely and transport passengers efficiently.
- Provide exceptional client and customer experiences, answering questions and offering directions.
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus cleanliness, and fuel buses.
- Log trip counts and assist passengers with disabilities.
- Maintain punctuality and professional appearance in uniform.
- Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Communicate debris, water, or oil spills to the garage office.
- Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when authorized.
- Possess thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
- Assist customers with luggage and other items, if applicable.
- Support the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
- Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one situations.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using two-digit numbers and perform calculations with American currency.
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
- May be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
