About the Role
ESL is seeking Tellers to provide excellent customer service by identifying member needs effectively, efficiently, and accurately while building relationships with ESL members.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive member experience
- Assist members with processing financial transactions
- Refer ESL products and services to members
- Learn about the banking and finance industry
- Gain exposure to various career opportunities at ESL
Requirements
- High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
- A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs
- Positive attitude
- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop
- Passion to work with and help people
- Confidence to recommend products and services
- Ability to remain flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Skills

- Monday – Saturday with a day off during the week
- Flexing and floating throughout a majority of our branches until placement is made at one branch

Salary/Compensations
- $19.66 per hour
- $160.00 car allowance
