About the Role

The Partnership Operations team supports and executes partnership activations across the Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes portfolio, working closely with partners to deliver best-in-class sponsorship programs through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and execution of contractual assets for assigned partners across the CSSR portfolio.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to drive initiatives and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day responsibilities for partner accounts, including status reports, planning calls, budgets, Salesforce, ticketing, and recaps.
  • Support event-day activations, ensuring execution meets partner and MSG standards.
  • Support department hospitality efforts, including ticket requests and on-site event support.
  • Track and report on partner digital and social assets.
  • Provide operational support for partnership activations and events during the Christmas Spectacular season.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members, adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-3 years of account management, partnership marketing, sponsorship, event operations, or related experience, preferably within sports, entertainment, live events, or hospitality.
  • Event planning, event execution, or on-site event management experience preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
  • Experience in account management and relationship building, both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service and support partnership objectives.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • May require on-site support up to seven days per week during peak periods of the Christmas Spectacular season.
