About the Role

As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for DoorDash for Business, you'll pilot and scale product features that transform delivery quality, ensuring orders are on time, accurate, and properly labeled. You will shape the client, dasher, and merchant experience across the entire journey. This is a build-and-launch role where you'll partner cross-functionally to design testing frameworks and go-to-market plans, and translate insights into product improvements. You will report into the Manager, Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business.

Responsibilities

  • Experiment using data-driven decision-making and business judgment to run tests and lead product/feature improvement efforts.
  • Optimize by partnering with product and engineering teams to refine quality-driving tools.
  • Analyze by building models to evaluate economics and patterns, translating data into clear decisions.
  • Execute by designing and running test plans and initiatives to measurably improve merchant and dasher quality.
  • Collaborate across sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, and business development to enhance the experience for merchants, dashers, and clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent analytical thinker capable of delivering actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
  • Customer-obsessed with comfort in working with diverse individuals.
  • Unafraid of ambiguity; able to dive into difficult problems and devise a plan.
  • Direct management experience is preferred.
  • High-growth startup (scaling a business from 0 - 1) experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred.
