About the Role

Your role as an Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical environment. By joining us, you’ll gain valuable experience and contribute to our global success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for basic IT issues to employees and retail staff.
  • Log and manage incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior support team members.
  • Assist with the setup and installation of computer systems, networking equipment, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting for IT assets.
  • Support Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Assist with password resets and user account management in Active Directory.
  • Help maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
  • Assist with the documentation of common technical issues and solutions.
  • Provide support for new Retail Store setups, relocations, and minor technical updates.
  • Work with business and IT teams to ensure alignment with technical support standards.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including user account setup and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of Windows 10 and 11 Pro/Enterprise.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Understanding of Apple iOS.
  • Experience with macOS.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members.
