About the Role
As a Senior Consultant ServiceNow IT-Asset Management, you will advise companies in IT asset management, support the optimization of ITAM processes, and implement innovative solutions based on the ServiceNow platform. You will help companies actively manage growing risks in digital ecosystems and supply chains and secure them with data-driven solutions. We support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle, from analyzing existing risks to implementing concrete control and technology solutions, e.g., in the area of AI-supported risk analyses.
Responsibilities
- Advise companies in IT asset management.
- Support the optimization of ITAM processes.
- Implement innovative solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze, optimize, and implement ITAM processes and management systems (including CMDB, hardware, software, and cloud assets).
- Support clients in the introduction of ITAM frameworks and compliance mechanisms.
- Implement and integrate solutions such as HAM Pro, SAM Pro, ITOM Discovery, or Cloud Cost Management into complex IT infrastructures.
- Act as an architect for solution design.
- Support clients in optimizing and automating their ITAM processes.
- Advise clients on strategic decisions.
- Present solutions to Architecture Boards.
- Provide guidance for sustainable success.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in IT asset management or in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions (such as SAM, HAM, ITOM, ITSM), preferably in a consulting environment.
- Practical experience in applying ISO 19770, ITIL, or comparable frameworks.
- Enthusiasm for technical subject areas.
- Willingness to continuously develop and master innovative technologies and complex IT scenarios.
- Strong ability to identify and critically evaluate AI potentials and use them for innovative solution approaches, sound recommendations, and measurable customer benefits.
