About the Role
Utopia Home Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in New London, CT areas. As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care for clients requiring assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care for clients who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in their homes.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, hair care, mouth care, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders.
Requirements
- Must have a HHA or CNA certification and possess the original document of certification from a state approved training provider.
- Must be able to provide original documents for CT Driver's License or CT State ID and original Social Security Card.
- Must be able to provide documentation of a physical and PPD taken within the past 12 months OR be willing to obtain a physical and PPD test quickly.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from cases.
- Background Check required.
- Fingerprinting required.
- Physical Forms (must be from within the past year) required.
