About the Role
AMC Global Media is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations team in New York, NY. This role supports Account Directors in managing booked business, developing client relationships, and ensuring smooth deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage booked business and key accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers.
- Support Account Directors on all aspects of deal management.
- Prepare order letters for system entry.
- Send traffic instructions and track down tapes.
- Maintain outlists and cut-off times for Account Directors.
- Send flowcharts and log times to agencies.
- Resolve discrepancies with agency assistants/buyers and negotiate makegoods.
- Enter sales plans into WideOrbit.
- Process allocations, flighting, and move requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 Years relevant experience
- Previous position in sales environment or internship experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Strong written, oral, and communication skills
