About the Role
As the Business Line Manager, Sales - Treatment Planning Solutions, you will lead the growth and adoption of industry-leading treatment planning software across North America. This leadership position combines strategic sales, clinical collaboration, and market influence to help healthcare providers improve operational efficiency, expand access to cutting-edge technology, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the North American growth strategy for Treatment Planning Solutions.
- Drive software sales, adoption, retention, and account expansion.
- Support complex enterprise healthcare software opportunities from strategy through close.
- Build relationships with oncology executives, radiation oncologists, and clinical stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver customer value and business growth.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline health, business reviews, and performance metrics.
- Lead and manage the sales team in prioritization, collaboration and sales strategies for optimal success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, software sales, oncology, treatment planning, radiation therapy, or digital health.
- Radiation oncology and treatment planning experience required.
- Clinical background in dosimetry, physics, or radiation therapy preferred.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and managing a breadth of accounts.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sales leadership experience and knowledge preferred.
- Must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites.
- Must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access.
- Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
