About the Role

Partner with Pigment's most strategic clients to unlock the full value of the platform and redefine modern, AI-assisted advisory. This hybrid technical and client-facing role requires expertise in designing multidimensional models and advising CFOs, with a focus on leveraging AI to enhance advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients on technical topics, including performance best practices and Pigment's multidimensionality concepts.
Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned with client roadmaps and challenges.
Conduct workspace audits and develop AI-assisted tooling to deliver deeper insights faster.
Build and enrich the Success Plan offering with repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules.
Collaborate with Product & R&D to identify opportunities for platform enhancement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Architecture, consulting, analytics advisory).
Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite.
Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
Track record of leading parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders.
