About the Role
JaniTech is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to clean commercial client sites including retail spaces, offices, and banks. This role is responsible for maintaining clean facilities by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. No previous experience is necessary, as training will be provided. Part-time opportunities are currently available.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas.
- Clean and maintain restrooms and breakrooms.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Clean surfaces, glass partitions, and doors.
- Remove trash and recycling.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- A team-player mentality.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.
- Ability to move or traverse through assigned work areas.
- Ability to perform frequent reaching and lifting.
- Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling and squatting.
- Ability to handle a variety of cleaning materials/substances.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
