About the Role
Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. You will assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations to swiftly serve our customers. Your dedication significantly contributes to our customers' satisfaction and desire to return. No experience is required as we will provide training.
Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service duties including assistance, issue resolution, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Utilize various tools and equipment for cleaning and maintaining facility operations, including equipment repair (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration), pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
- Move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Work in various temperatures.
