Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles.
  • Build rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, offering personalized assistance.
  • Ensure everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us.
  • Be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.
  • Communicate professionally and diplomatically, responding to inquiries with strong problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills.
  • Ensure issues are clearly documented and escalated appropriately when needed.
  • Consistently deliver warm, high-quality customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
  • Create a welcoming first impression by greeting visitors, addressing their needs promptly, and guiding them confidently through mini-tours.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash-related documentation with attention to detail.
  • Provide dependable clerical and computer support to managers and adapt easily to administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
  • Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants.
