About the Role

Support stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service both internally and with clients. This role involves executing broadcast and digital order entry, performing order maintenance, and communicating order changes to agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service both internally and with clients
  • Execute broadcast and digital order entry
  • Perform order maintenance throughout campaign flight
  • Send preempt reports to station/regions account managers
  • Communicate and confirm all order changes or makegoods to buying agency
  • Regularly check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracy
  • Send Pre and Post logs to clients as requested
  • Assist traffic with locating instructions and other campaign materials
  • Assist to creating and managing advertiser/agency codes
  • Post flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, edits as necessary
  • Coordinate with agency and station/regions account managers to resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Work closely with various levels of management and staff within marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments at stations

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations with working knowledge in broadcast traffic and sales order systems
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Skills

  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, WO Connect
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • High level organizational skills - must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and balance
  • Strong interpersonal skills/team oriented with a positive attitude
  • Creative thinker with a strategic and business-oriented mindset towards problem solving
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
