About the Role

As a (Senior) SAP Manager Banking (m/w/d), you will advise clients on preparing and executing complex SAP transformations, significantly contributing to successful business process optimizations and innovative SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

Develop customized solutions for clients regarding current challenges in SAP S/4HANA, IT architecture, SAP Banking, and SAP Reporting.
Contribute expertise to the planning, conception, implementation, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA or SAP Banking transformations.
Holistically lead SAP transformation projects in the areas of SAP Banking, SAP Reporting, and IT architecture.
Structure, process, and prepare complex issues and decision papers.
Acquire new projects and independently create complex proposals in SAP Banking, SAP Reporting, and IT architecture.

Requirements

Degree in economics, business administration, business informatics, mathematics, or equivalent.
Extensive experience in SAP consulting or a consulting-related function.
Knowledge and implementation experience in SAP solutions for SAP Banking, SAP Reporting, and IT architecture.
Strong understanding of the corporate value chain and business relationships of banks, asset management companies, and FinTechs.
Enjoyment of complex tasks, strong team spirit, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to use AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and guide clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
