About the Role

Consulting – HR Strategy & Technology professionals support organizations in strategically realigning and future-proofing their HR function. Our team strengthens HR's role through sound strategy and process consulting, deep technological understanding, and the targeted use of AI.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Payroll and Workforce Management solutions in national and international contexts within HCM H4S4 transformation projects.
Analyze customer requirements and advise leading companies on implementing future-proof HR software solutions.
Develop strategies, concepts, and solutions for Payroll and Workforce Management and implement them.
Design efficient processes, identify optimization potential, and perform customer-specific customizing of HCM modules.
Lead workstreams in large system implementations and mentor junior colleagues.
Optimize costs and participate in proposal creation and presentation.
Contribute to the development of forward-looking tools and internal capabilities to expand the consulting portfolio in Human Capital.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP HCM on premise H4S4 transformation projects, ideally with a consulting firm or in-house consulting.
Expertise in customizing SAP HCM H4S4 with knowledge in Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA) modules.
Very good knowledge of Self Service & ABAP programming.
Experience in project management.
Knowledge of personnel management and processes.
Entrepreneurial thinking.
Sound decision-making in complex situations.
Presentation and moderation skills.
Strong ability to identify and critically evaluate AI potentials and apply them for innovative solutions, sound recommendations, and measurable customer benefits.
