- Integrate consumer and client research, market measurement, e-commerce, digital, social, financial, and commercial information to create a complete and decision-ready view of the business.
- Translate complex findings into compelling stories, clear recommendations, and practical actions for senior leadership and cross-functional business partners.
- Partner with local and global teams to ensure U.S. consumer and market realities inform brand strategy, innovation, portfolio choices, audience priorities, and go-to-market decisions.
- Lead or support strategic learning initiatives that strengthen understanding of Beauty consumers, emerging behaviors, category dynamics, and future growth opportunities.

- Oversee the development and delivery of recurring market, category, brand, consumer, client, and commercial reporting, ensuring outputs explain what is changing, why it matters, and what actions should follow.
- Lead the continued development and adoption of centralized dashboards, self-service reporting, and repeatable analytical frameworks that improve access to information, speed of decision-making, and consistency across the organization.
- Guide the Data Analytics Manager in developing and maintaining high-quality business intelligence and reporting solutions, including data integration, quality controls, automation, documentation, and user adoption.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and ensure outputs are commercially relevant, easy to understand, and connected to business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, reduce duplication, improve processes, and introduce scalable ways of working.
- Stay current on evolving analytics, research, reporting, and technology capabilities, recommending approaches that can strengthen decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Help coordinate priorities, workflow, and resources across Consumer Beauty CMI and Data Analytics to ensure work is connected, insights are consistent, and the team can respond effectively to changing business needs.
- Build trusted partnerships across senior leaders, brand and commercial teams, direct reports, and global colleagues, with a strong emphasis on collaborative influence in a matrixed organization.
- Manage designated research, analytics, data, and vendor relationships and budgets, ensuring investments remain aligned with the most important business priorities and deliver meaningful value.
- Champion continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, capability building, and best-in-class execution across the Consumer Beauty CMI and analytics organization.

- Demonstrated people leadership and talent development experience, including the ability to establish priorities, coach for stronger thinking, and raise the quality of team output.
