About the Role

As a (Senior) Manager with a focus on PSM / PSCD (m/f/d), you will advise clients on complex SAP transformations, contributing to successful business process optimization and seamless SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

Develop customized solutions for clients in the public sector, addressing current challenges in SAP S/4HANA.
Contribute SAP PSM or PSCD expertise to the planning, conception, implementation, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA or SAP Public Sector transformations.
Lead SAP transformation projects in the SAP Public Sector area with a focus on SAP modules PSM or PSCD.
Structure, process, and prepare complex issues and decision papers, ensuring functional and budgetary process integrity.
Acquire new projects and independently create complex proposals in the public or non-profit sector.

Requirements

Degree in economics, business administration, business informatics, mathematics, or equivalent.
Extensive experience in SAP consulting or a related advisory role.
In-depth knowledge of SAP module PSM or PSCD and processes in the public or non-profit sector (e.g., education).
Strong understanding of the public value chain and the business and budgetary contexts within administration, public service, or educational institutions.
Enjoyment of complex tasks, strong team spirit, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to leverage AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and guide clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
