About the Role
Highbeam is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Global Banking & Stablecoins. This role involves creating products that enable businesses to manage multi-currency transactions, including stablecoins, and establishing new banking infrastructure as a trusted product for e-commerce brands.
Responsibilities
- Own the global accounts product surface, including multi-currency wallets, stablecoins, on/off-ramps, and cross-border payouts.
- Determine the integration of stablecoins into the user experience, abstracting the rails for general users and exposing them for those who require them.
- Ship cross-border supplier payments that improve upon SWIFT in terms of speed, cost, and supplier experience, and leverage faster settlement for better customer payment terms.
- Define the flow of funds and product structures based on entity type and corridor, collaborating with compliance and legal teams on KYB, onboarding, yield eligibility, and account protections.
- Drive adoption and monetization, focusing on international deposits, FX and cross-border payment revenue, and global customer payment volume.
- Conduct continuous customer feedback loops with brands, suppliers, and international sellers to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to the product narrative and positioning for Highbeam's global expansion.
- Expand ownership to Highbeam's broader fintech offerings after the initial build-out of global accounts.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably as an early-stage operator (PM #1-5 at Series A-C).
- Proven track record of shipping cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, or stablecoin products as a core feature.
- Fluent in money movement concepts including ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, local rails, FX, stablecoin on/off-ramps, and flow-of-funds design.
- Hands-on experience with sponsor banks, BaaS providers, or payments partners, including diligence, commercial tradeoffs, and integration.
- Working knowledge of KYB/KYC, AML, money transmission, and the evolving US stablecoin regulatory landscape.
- Strong product development skills, including writing specifications, QA testing, and end-to-end shipping.
- Comfortable using AI tools for iteration and product validation.
- Experience serving international sellers, marketplaces, or e-commerce brands is a plus.
- An engineering background is a plus.
- Preference for working in-person with a high-performing team.

- Committed to delivering a polished customer experience.
- Experience in fintech, AI, or early-stage startups is a bonus.
