About the Role
The Private Credit & Infrastructure (PCI) team is seeking an individual with direct lending experience for its Digital Infrastructure & Appraisable Assets pod. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities as a trader, underwriter, and credit analyst, requiring strong quantitative, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Origination and product design (in conjunction with sales and investment banking)
- In-depth financial analysis
- Execution and monitoring of transactions on an ongoing basis
- Evaluating investment opportunities
Requirements
- Extensive relevant experience in direct lending and/or infrastructure investing, preferably within the digital infrastructure sector
- Financial Modeling Aptitude, including financial statement analysis and corporate valuation methodologies
- Credit underwriting experience
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
- Superior quantitative and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to integrity and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and have an attention to detail
