About the Role
Associates play a meaningful role in new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution. They work with senior professionals to identify and evaluate opportunities, meet with and present to prospective clients, and draft internal and external documents and marketing materials. Associates often take a lead role in executing transactions and working with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties, and other senior professionals.

Requirements
- MBA from a leading program with a scheduled graduation of December 2026 or May/June 2027
- Minimum of 3 years work experience required
- Ability to understand complex financial products
- Desire for significant transaction execution responsibility
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- English language fluency required
