About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist within the Integrated Marketing team, you will play an active role in helping to support the daily marketing activities and planning initiatives for the Group Home and Auto line of business.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and/or project manage all aspects of the Third-party Distribution channel B2B programs and marketing campaigns, including online, print, social media, email, OOH, and events.
  • Develop creative briefs and comprehensive workback schedules for all tactics.
  • Gather feedback and integrate or adjust marketing plans accordingly.
  • Submit translation, content, creative, and compliance requests.
  • Manage final sign-off and approvals using departmental processes.
  • Proof and test all marketing assets.
  • Manage vendor and contract relationships.
  • Capture and perform early analysis of program results/reports.
  • Undertake other projects as required to support marketing programs and business unit requests.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of third-party channel marketing programs.
  • Make and apply recommendations based on sales input and market research.
  • Monitor, review, and manage the quality of content creatives for brand alignment, target audience, and program briefs.
  • Manage and oversee ongoing sponsorship programs and partnership marketing activities.
  • Manage and monitor ongoing campaign performance and results, including distribution of standard reporting metrics.
  • Liaise with Senior Marketing Consultant, other Marketing Specialists, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Organize and document processes and procedures across functional teams.
  • Execute programs within a set budget.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in a marketing/insurance environment.
  • Experience working in marketing and directly with a sales team.
  • Experience addressing B2B/B2B2C marketing needs.
  • Experience using marketing media analysis to measure and improve planning and execution.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new tools, trends, and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building marketing strategies to guide yearly campaign development.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Subject to a Background check as a condition of employment.
