About the Role
Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program as a Home Consultant, upholding exceptional quality and hospitality standards for luxury homes. Conduct in-person assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions
- Complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluation using provided guidelines and templates
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation
Requirements
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations
- Own a phone or tablet for completing reports and uploading photos
- Tech-comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection
- Located within 1 hour driving distance from the job post location

Salary/Compensations
- Per assignment basis: $85 - $105 for a 1-bedroom home, plus $5 for each additional bedroom up to 8.
- Travel compensation ranges from $5 - $92 depending on zone and proximity.
