About the Role
Our care teams serve patients with dedication and compassion, acting as the heart of their care and recovery. Priority Management seeks individuals who share our commitment to providing excellent care to our patients and residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
- Ensure resident safety.
- Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, and perform nail care for assigned residents.
- Follow the resident assignment schedule.
- Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
- Respond to call lights promptly.
- Assist with or feed residents.
- Maintain resident cleanliness and dryness through toileting or incontinent care.
- Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Current Nurse Aide certification in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
- Ability to understand, remember, and execute verbal and written instructions in English.
- Ability to speak clearly and hear sufficiently for effective communication with residents.
