Responsibilities
- Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned.
- Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
- Helping team members grow their careers.
- Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings.
- Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
Requirements
- Must have a current LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
