About the Role
Ledocor is seeking a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain various telecommunication systems. This role offers an opportunity to grow your skillset in the expanding business "internet of things" market within a large organization, emphasizing trust and excellent customer service while traveling.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain various voice, data, security, and VoIP communication systems and equipment.
- Ensure work orders are completed, leveraging customer service skills.
- Travel to and from customer locations within a defined geographic area to perform service installations.
- Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience working with Telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working independently.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Experience working with Cisco systems or like equipment manufacturers.
- Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
