About the Role

The Future Talent Program offers 10-12 week internships in our Research Division, providing development opportunities and a chance to assess long-term career fit. Interns in the Pharmaceutical Analysis & Digital Technology (PADT) and Large Molecule Analytical (LMA) departments will develop novel analytical methodologies for drug substance and drug product development in state-of-the-art laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel analytical methodologies for drug substance and drug product development.
• Solve key challenges in product and process characterization.
• Record experimental details accurately in an electronic notebook.
• Analyze and interpret data for potential internal or external scientific publications.
• Present research results in both oral and written formats.
• Participate in departmental and project team meetings.

Requirements

• Must be available to work full-time for 10-12 consecutive weeks beginning in May or June of 2027.
• Must have completed at least (2) years of study toward a bachelor's degree by June 2027.
• Must have strong academic performance.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Must demonstrate teamwork abilities.
• Must have the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.
• Must have basic laboratory skills and research experience.
• Must have experience with lab notebook recording.
• Must have experience with the use of analytical instrumentation.
• Must have experience with analysis and interpretation of data.
• Must have experience with safe lab practices.
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
