About the Role
As a Front-End Team Member, your day is centered around creating a smooth and positive checkout experience for customers, ensuring friendly and efficient interactions. You will also be responsible for keeping the front end organized, clean, and running consistently throughout the day, managing various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Keeping the front end organized, clean, and running consistently
- Handling transactions
- Collecting carts
- Restocking supplies

- Assisting with general front-end upkeep
- Recognizing and addressing pricing, transaction, or customer service questions
- Following company policies, register procedures, and checkout processes
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on local/state requirements)
- Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
- Basic math and communication skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
