About the Role
Spearhead AI platform development for Ripple's GSmart platform, powering smart features across enterprise treasury products. This role involves greenfield projects, converting customer challenges into technical solutions, and working closely with product and solution teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to end.
- Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable.
- Work together with product and solution teams to address real customer challenges.
- Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables.
- Hire, mentor, and grow the platform AI engineering team.
- Stay actively involved and contribute to architecture and full-stack production code.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure.
- 2+ years of engineering management experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills — front-end through back-end and APIs — with solid cloud infrastructure experience.
- Experience operating AI systems in production.
- Deep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure.
