About the Role
Broadway National is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage incoming inquiries, coordinate services, and maintain client relationships. This role is crucial for ensuring high-profile clientele receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming call inquiries, create work orders, and dispatch them.
- Coordinate daily services with vendors, facility managers, customers, and technicians.
- Obtain cost estimates from vendors and review them with account management.
- Follow up with clients and projects daily.
- Maintain high-profile customer relationships through phone and email.
- Assist the billing department as needed.
- Manage all aspects of each job and take accountability for each service provided.
Requirements
- Demonstrate customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette is a must.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Be pro-active, organized, and detail-oriented.
- National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience working with & managing sub-contractors.
