About the Role
As a Consultant GenAI & Agentic AI, you will support insurance companies and insurance-related asset managers in the digital transformation of their business models. This includes the conception and implementation of data management, AI, and GenAI initiatives, as well as optimizing existing and developing new data-driven solutions while considering regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify potentials of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to create real business value with technical know-how and a focus on business benefits.
- Actively support the development and introduction of new technologies and the conception of applications in the finance and risk function, including for compliance with external requirements.
- Continuously develop expertise and actively engage with current trends in AI, GenAI, Data Management, Data Governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Take responsibility, plan, and structure the approach for implementing GenAI and Agentic AI solutions with your team.
- With increasing experience, take over the management of sub-projects and the leadership of project teams.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, economics with a focus on informatics, or comparable degree programs.
- Initial experience (including internships) with a focus on conception, implementation, and development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, preferably in consulting with a focus on user-centric and innovative solutions (product thinking mindset).
- Ideally, practical experience with Python, modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Foundry), as well as cloud and data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- A basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, AIOps/MLOps, and Agentic Engineering is advantageous for the operational implementation of GenAI applications.
- Enthusiasm for current trends in FSI, especially around Data, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and regulatory developments in the insurance and financial services sector.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
