About the Role

  • Define and manage the sales process, stage definitions, qualification criteria, and deal inspection.
  • Collaborate with Finance on segmentation, territory design, quota setting, and compensation plans.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop front-line managers as the organization scales.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Marketing on pipeline coverage and with Product/CS on the customer journey.
  • Manage the GTM tech stack and operating cadence in partnership with RevOps.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years of experience leading multiple functions (e.g., SDR, AE, post-sale).
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets at a growth-stage company ($10M–$50M ARR).
  • Experience scaling a team through significant growth.
  • Experience selling technical or financial products to sophisticated buyers (finance, ops, or technical economic buyers).
  • Demonstrated forecasting discipline with a history of hitting targets.
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach, comfortable in both deal execution and strategic planning.
  • Second-line leadership experience, including hiring and developing managers.
  • Fluency with modern GTM tooling and a data-driven operating style.
  • Experience marketing/selling into the CFO or FP&A buyer is a plus.
  • Prior experience unifying new-business and post-sale functions under one revenue leader is a plus.
