About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Workspace Engineer to support and develop cloud-based engineering solutions, with a focus on AWS and automation, within a large-scale technology environment. The role requires a strong cloud engineering background with hands-on experience in AWS and Python development and scripting.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and support cloud-based solutions within an AWS environment.
Use Python to develop automation, tooling and engineering solutions.
Work with AWS services and cloud infrastructure to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the AWS environment.
Automate manual processes and contribute to improvements in cloud engineering practices.
Work collaboratively with wider engineering and technology teams to deliver technical solutions.
Support the ongoing development and optimisation of AWS cloud capabilities.

Requirements

Strong commercial AWS cloud engineering experience.
Strong hands-on Python development and scripting experience.
Proven experience working with cloud infrastructure and engineering solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively within a complex technology environment.
