About the Role
As a member of the Strategic Analysis team, you will bring a strategic and financial lens to business challenges, enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions. You will lead high-impact projects, deliver insightful financial analysis and strategic direction, and develop sophisticated financial models to address complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact Enterprise-level Global Strategic Finance projects
- Collaborate across Global Finance Teams
- Partner closely with select key partners across Capital Group
- Develop next-gen associates
Requirements
- Understand business issues and translate them into analysis that drives high-impact decisions.
- Operate independently and proactively; adept at scoping work, creating a project plan, iterating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality output.
- Leverage a strategic mindset to develop frameworks and approaches to simplify and solve complex issues.
- Comfortable sharing and discussing analysis and findings with a cross-functional executive audience.
- Develop and mentor junior associates.
- Quickly learn new topics to drive impactful analysis.
- Leverage advanced excel skills and build complex financial models to analyze potential options, their economic impact, and assess pros and cons.
- Synthesize complex analysis into executive-level summaries and discussion documents and leverage advanced data visualization skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have successfully led multiple projects across multiple business areas at the same time.
