About the Role

As a functional lead reporting to the Chapter Manager, Workday & HR Platforms, you will be responsible for Workday Security and Workday Integrations. This role optimizes the employee experience by ensuring appropriate access and maintaining data flow, bridging HR policy and technical execution for global workforce enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday Integrations and Workday Security configurations.
  • Perform system support, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Offer vendor support as required.
  • Support the Workday team in creating new functionality and enhancements.
  • Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Integrations and Security modules.
  • Coordinate with external technical vendors for Workday configuration maintenance and enhancements.
  • Partner with functional teams to review business requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Deploy system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with technical partners.
  • Lead and support Workday's quarterly security audits and annual audits.
  • Lead and support Workday's semi-annual releases for new functionality and enhancements.
  • Maintain CTC’s Workday security framework and lead new security initiatives.
  • Develop new custom security roles and security for new integrations.
  • Streamline and improve processes/provide recommendations with functional and technical partners.
  • Build, test, and upload Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for mass data uploads.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integration maintenance and enhancement (Studio, API, EIB, Connector).
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Workday Security modules (day-to-day and periodical tasks).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
  • Ensure project deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met.
  • Deep understanding of Human Resources business processes and data requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with an ability to influence and drive change.
  • Contribute to overall operational effectiveness.
  • Willingness to learn, explore, innovate, and think out of the box.
  • Knowledge and exposure in retail, distribution center, and hourly workforce are desired.
