About the Role
Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance, and technical support for fire and security systems to commercial clients. The role involves ensuring system compliance and reliability, supported by dedicated coordinators and specialists.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
- Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
- Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
- A strong technical understanding, with a focus on electrical safety.
- The ability to work independently, manage service responsibilities and maintain high engineering standards.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Successful candidates must undergo security vetting.

- Fire Systems: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec and other open-protocol systems.
- CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon.
- Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom.
- Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher.
