About the Role
Leading a child care center is a special journey where you learn, grow, thrive, and play every day. We are hiring difference makers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners. As a Center Director, you will have a positive impact on the lives of children and their families while effectively and efficiently running all school operations. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, create an inspiring environment with staff, and keep parents informed and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
- Assist with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, including coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
- Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
- Promote a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
- Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
- Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Experience Level
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
- experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Salary/Compensations
- $69,900-73,000/salary based on Position, Education and Experience.
