About the Role
Support the design and launch of new funds and products across the Real Assets platform, ensuring efficient setup, governance standards, and alignment with the target operating model. Contribute to scalable, well-controlled processes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of scalable operating models for new funds and products across jurisdictions
- Collaborate with Product, Investments, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver successful product launches
- Assess regulatory, tax and market developments and consider their impact on products and processes
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, control and scalability
- Support governance frameworks, including maintaining process documentation and service level agreements
- Coordinate onboarding of new funds, products and third-party providers, ensuring smooth execution and transition
- Manage relationships with external service providers and monitor service delivery against agreed KPIs
- Support transaction execution and onboarding/offboarding across multiple asset classes
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent experience
- Experience in operations or finance within asset management, ideally across alternative or real assets
- Understanding of fund structures (open or closed-ended) and governance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders and functions
- Good understanding of operational processes, controls and target operating models
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
