About the Role

The Direct-To-Consumer segment of The Walt Disney Company aims to provide consumers worldwide with access to desired content on the latest platforms. Disney+ is the dedicated streaming service for content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more. This role is based in Seoul and responsible for all APAC markets, focusing on analyzing user and marketing performance data to derive insights and develop strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Create analysis with meaningful insights based on audience cohorts and the full customer funnel to improve performance, identify opportunities, drive acquisition and conversion, improve engagement, and reduce churn.
  • Analyze user behavioral data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and create a common understanding of how people interact with the platform and content.
  • Generate data-based insights to help launch impactful and effective marketing programs.
  • Lead campaign performance measurement across lifecycle/CRM, paid media, and other marketing channels, including attribution and media mix analysis.
  • Evaluate marketing spend efficiency and ROI across channels.
  • Partner with lifecycle/CRM marketing teams to analyze campaign performance across the customer journey, from awareness through retention.
  • Drive A/B testing strategy and analytics across marketing campaigns and product experiences, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Measure performance and report business outcomes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with relevant KPIs converted into insights and key action items to improve efficiency.
  • Align metric definitions across all services within the business with other team members.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve analytical processes and reporting infrastructure.
  • Assure quality and accuracy of deliverables through thorough interaction with business partners to understand and refine requirements and adherence to privacy, governance standards, and quantitative practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital business.
  • Demonstrated experience in and expertise in SQL.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Understanding of paid, owned, and earned marketing channels across the funnel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Korean.
