Fenix UK helps families arrange dignified and affordable funerals by combining technology with empathetic consultants. This role offers a chance to turn people-skills into meaningful work supporting families through a difficult time.
Responsibilities
- Support bereaved families in planning funerals that align with their wishes and budget.
- Clearly and compassionately explain options to families and confirm their choices.
- Assist in selecting appropriate products and services based on family needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and third parties to execute arrangements.
- Manage and maintain accurate and timely paperwork.
- Finalize quotes, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
Requirements
- A genuinely caring and compassionate approach.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to calmly handle objections and find solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and being self-directed.
- Reasonably tech-savvy, comfortable using online platforms and admin tools.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Must live in or be able to commute to Greater London.
- Must be available and responsive when actively supporting a family.
